Meditation Posture

 

Not all meditation is the same. In our method it is ideal to sit up. If sitting in a chair, to not lean against the chair. There are non physical muscles throughout your system that get strengthened throughout your body allowing you to build vertical thinking versus horizontal thinking. Forces come from above and below therefore it makes sense to strengthen these muscles to be able to receive the benefits.
