Mirroring is a Powerful Exercise to create Inner Change
Mirroring is a touchy subject as most people know about it, but don’t do it as an exercise to awaken and create change. Ok, so this is a hard subject, stay with me here. Many people are upset with Donald Trump taking Presidency. If you are one of those people, chances are you are going to say with full rights you should be upset.
However, I am here as a Healer to challenge you. If we are on this planet, then somewhere inside us we are vibrating with Donald Trump. He is our mirror. We obviously have some inner work to do then. Whatever it is that you do not like about him, see it in yourself. Upset with Trump voters for being what? Stupid? Hateful? Well that is a judgement. You can say it is discernment, but walk a mile in their shoes.

Mirroring can be a Gift to Yourself
Mirroring is a gift to awaken ourselves out of unconscious behavior and beliefs. We need to see Trump as a gift. The mirror he is holding up and if we can go inside and do this then he will no longer be an issue. Spiritual work is not about seeing just the pretty inside ourselves. Most people want to lay on the table and feel energy, but this won’t create inner change. Mirroring, is about owning your thoughts and views that are the shadow. Seeing them.
Seeing the reactions you have and instead of being ok with your judgments and reactions, work on them. See them as your own darkness and get to work being brave and true. Once you do this, if he bothers you, wait for it. He won’t bother you anymore. You will see the beauty of him. Risky for me to say! Not only that but it is the law of attraction. The more of us that don’t vibrate with him, means we can create huge change. One beautiful heart at a time.
