This Work Goes Into:

Samskara
Samskara is a Sanskrit word that refers to past trauma that is stored in the body. This past trauma informs how you think today. Feelings such as depression, anger and righteousness are samskaras.

Much like touching a hot element once. The next time you are cautious or react to a hot element going forward.

In this magical healing modality you get regressed to the source of a samkara. You see it and let go of the trauma. You might experience another you from another time. In it’s place is a light that fills the area where the reaction takes place in your consciousness. Moving forward, you embody wisdom from the experience versus a reaction. Everyone has reactions. It takes the brave to see your own and do the inner work.

The bonus is seeing you as a child or in anotehr life. It is much like seeing an old best friend.

Soul Retrieval
A complex subject.

Simply put, you carry unconscious wounds from past events. Therefore, your past seeps into the present unconsciously informing your reactions and thoughts. As a medicine woman, Elle metaphysically regresses you back to these events. You see where you reacted, and closed. It is like meeting a younger you or an old friend that is stuck in a space and you have come back for it.  There is an amazing heart opening to this interaction. By going back to these events in a metaphysical space, it can at times be like a near death experience. This healing is profound as you clear a layer of the wound and gain wisdom and more of the truest you.

The added bonus to healing these deep wounds is that you retrieve these parts of you in such an experiential way, you cultivate more ‘will’ versus bypassing the will and making up an ending or having a medicine person do it all for you. Instead you experience more of the afterlife, your Eternal Spirit and the Divine.

Missing Bit

Another type of soul retrieval is what we call a ‘missing bit’. This is where you a part of you leaves when a traumatic event happens. It could be something like being spanked as a child, yelled at or a more brutal experience. It depends on the history of your soul as what is traumatic for one person can be nothing for another.

First, a part of you can leave at a traumatic time period. Leaving you with a sense of explainable loss, sadness or victim-hood. Often this happens in childhood. The part that leaves is part of the light body and doesn’t want to stick around. This can cause a person to have:

  • a sense of loss, depression
  • a sense that one does not have support
  • like there is something missing and explainable

Bringing back a missing bit takes time as it left for a reason. It takes time to heal the wound and trust being on earth. Because it is part of your light body, it holds something magnificent and we bring this back into our system. In this case it is you opening to it and the Healer opening up such a space to match the light body and talking it back to the client.

It takes time to uncover a missing bit as there are many wounds around it. If you suspect a missing bit, take advantage of the Empowerment Packages. Be prepared to do multiple packages as this work is a journey of uncovering the soul.

Soul sickness
One can get caught in emotions such as despair, depression, sadness and other negative emotions. Caught is the key word. Caught in spaces of consciousness. Additionally, you could be caught in an underworld space. This can have an energetic cord to nauseousnes, fear and loneliness.  Dante’s Inferno is a good example.
Clearing entities, fragmented energy and blockages

Potentially you may have a negative energy such as an entity, fragment or a deep set cord. We explore those in your energy. How it impacts you, when it arrived or developed. Once you have stepped away from the wounds that attracted it, we clear it. Not only will you be clear of the presence but you will never catch such a thing again as you cleared the wounds in the first place. To truly clear an energy of this sort, it is the clearing of the wounds that attracted it to you in the first place. The Empowerment Package: Align would be suggested.

* Most people think other people have these things. Truthfully almost everyone has caught one at one time in childhood. It is nature’s way of highlighting an issue that keeps re-occuring over lifetimes. If you just clear the energy you won’t clear the root issue. So Clearings are done with precision.

Deconstruction of the shadow
Your ego locks you into a way of being and seeing.  It is blinded to your internal wounds and therefore you can spend a lifetime repeating the same situations. In fact, you crystalize over time.  The ego does not want to die so it resists this type of work.

This healing work gently over time unravels the ego. Giving you new ways of thinking and being. You feel more like yourself. As well, let go of reactions, out of the pain body and more into your light body.

Deconstruction takes time and is different than healing. Generally when one comes for a healing session, they are looking for a situation to heal versus a life shift.

Inner Child

Learn how to re-parent this beautiful child where it can step forward with more presence in your life. Children carry the archetype of curiosity, love, play and joy. The inner critic, parents and society can crush these parts of you.

Morning meditations in the I Am The Flame spend 5 minutes getting in touch with this part of you. ISIS sessions can go into the inner child work bringing more awareness into the Inner Critic, Inner Child and Inner Parent.  It costs very little and next to nothing to do this Inner Child work where miraculous healing is at your fingertips. SAD
From an energetic perspective, Seasonal Affectice Disorder is a lack of incarnation of parts of the light body. People who suffer with this are less affected in hte summer as they can be out in hte sun which is a Christ consciousness principle. One who also suffers from SAD tend to attach onto other people to be around a light body. If you need to have a best friend, need to hold hands, and have that extra touch then consider the goal of incarnating more through ISIS.

Elle has a BA in Psychology and Healing from Antioch University and an Associates Degree in Business Management. A trained Hands-on-Healer through the National Spiritualist Association.  Elle is a  Certified Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui Ryoho Reiki System, and an Ordained Minister.

Elle has practiced under various Masters including a Shaman, Zen Teacher and Feng Shui Master. As well, for over ten years Elle and her beloved, David learned under a Yogi Spiritual Master who was also a Doctor. He brought a Scientific and meticulous approach to the energy system. She was fortunate to be mentored by his Instructors and Practitioners and is still  today.

She has worked as an Assistant Stock Broker, Property Manager and Retail and Hotel Management.

As well, Elle’s Beloved David is on this spiritual journey developing a sacred relationship together. They teach meditation together for those who are looking for rich yogi experiences.

Something dark has been lifted away

“I came to Elle with a significant challenge that I’ve been dealing for most of my life. I needed help and not the kind that you can get at talk therapy. And being in a dark place at the time, I was ready for the “heavy lifting” required for Elle’s work. “If I were asked to rate myself in terms of what drives my thinking I’d come out pretty high on the scientific evidence side, which is to say that I have a heavy dose of skepticism. I can’t meditate. Will this work for me?

Sometimes it is awesome to work with people who say they can’t meditate or never have. This is because they don’t have belief systems or expectations. So no worries. You will respond to this work, ISIS a yogi healing modality.

What is the process?

No knowledge or training in meditation is required. No hypnosis, plant medicine or psychedelics are involved. You are sober to the truth.
